🚀 Step-by-Step: How to Create a Google Form
🐾 Step 1: Go to Google Forms

Open Google Chrome (or any browser).

In the search bar, type:
google forms
And press Enter or Search. -
Click on the first link:
🔗 https://forms.google.com/
This will take you to the Google Forms homepage.
🐾 Step 2: Sign In with Your Gmail
If it asks you to Sign In, type your Gmail ID and password.
This gives you access to create and save your form.
🐾 Step 3: Start a New Form

You will see a purple page with some templates.

Click on the big plus sign ➕ that says:
"Blank Form"
Now, you're in the Form Editor. Hooray! 🎉
🧠 Step 4: Understand the Form Layout
Let me explain the parts of the screen:

Form Description | A short note about what the form is for |
Question Section | Where you add your questions |

🐾 Step 5: Add Your First Question
By default, your first question will already be open.

Click on the text that says “Untitled Question”

Type your question.
Example: What is your name? -
Below that, choose the question type:

Click the Required toggle if you want the question to be compulsory.

Click the plus (+) button on the right side.

Add another question.

Choose Short answer again.
Repeat this step to build your form.
🐾 Step 7: Change the Theme (Optional but Fun!)
Click the 🎨 Paint palette icon at the top.

You can choose different colors

Add a header image (like a banner)

Change font style
This makes your form look beautiful!
🐾 Step 8: Preview Your Form
Click the eye icon 👁️ on the top right to preview your form.
You can check:

🔙 Click the back arrow to return to editing.
🐾 Step 9: Share Your Form (Send It!)
Now it’s time to share!
Click the “Send” button 📩 at the top right.
You can:

Enter someone’s email to send directly ✉️

Copy the link 🔗 and share on WhatsApp or anywhere

Even get an embed code for websites

Click the “Responses” tab at the top.
